I had big plans of making all kinds of goodies for Valentine's Day, but then I got sick. Really sick. All my stuff was already purchased... I even special ordered the shovels... I didn't want to wait a whole year to make this stuff so I just made it late .... like seriously late ... I handed them out on 03/15. My coworkers and friends thought they were just wonderful : )For St. Patty's day I made these "pot of gold at the end of the rainbow" treats:
They too were a big hit!
